FUCK YOUR COFFEE

Your new morning ritual MUD\WTR™ is a coffee alternative made with organic ingredients lauded by cultures young and old for their health and performance benefits.

ABOUT MUD/WTR

With 1/7th of the caffeine as a cup of coffee, you get focus, energy, and immunity without the jitters, crashes, and dependency. Mud fuels your morning ritual in a way that would make Spartans smile and Buddha proud.

THE INGREDIENTS

Cacao, Masala chai, Turmeric, Himalayan salt, Cinnamon, Chaga, Cordyceps, Reishi, and Lion’s mane

What is mud?

MUD\WTR is a blend of masala chai, cacao, and adaptogenic mushrooms. It has a hall-of-fame ingredients list: Lion’s mane for focus, Chaga and reishi to support a healthy immune system, cordyceps to promote natural energy, turmeric and cinnamon for their antioxidants, and cacao for mood and energy. It's 100% organic with zero sneaky sweeteners added.

With 1/7 the caffeine as a cup of coffee, you get focus and energy without the jitters, crashes, and shitty sleep.

The result? You, but superhuman.

Some dirty secrets.

Take a tablespoon and drop it into hot water. Add whatever you like. Some do it with a dab of honey, others get frothy with their favorite milk. You can add some coconut oil and it goes great in smoothies. But don’t be afraid to keep it OG and drink it straight up. Ya done? OK, now stir it up. Yeah, stir real well before enjoying like the legend you are.

Certified and lab tested.

100% USDA-certified organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, kosher, and vegan. Whole30 Approved®.

Our mushrooms.

Our mushrooms are grown in Carlsbad, California by M2 Ingredients. We use solid-state fermentation to grow the full cycle of the mushroom including mycelial biomass and fruiting bodies, which are cultured on certified organic, gluten-free, whole-grain oats sourced from farms in rural Canada.

Lion's Mane

This white, shaggy mushroom resembles a mass of brain neurons. Fitting, because lion’s mane is a powerful nootropic that supports memory and focus.

Lion’s mane has got your back whether you’re grinding at work, training for a freestyle rap battle, or just want to decrease the number of times a week you walk into a room and ask yourself, “Why’d I come in here again?”

Chaga

When the bases are loaded and you want to knock oxidative stress into the stands, chaga is the crack of the bat.

Chaga contains a variety of phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals that offer a potent source of antioxidants and nutrients.

Reishi

In Chinese medicine, reishi is hailed as the mushroom of immortality and the elixir of life. It's packed with immune-supporting beta-glucans, a polysaccharide that supports a healthy immune system.

We’re not legally allowed to say that reishi will make you live forever, but only because the FDA is still arguing over time zones.

Cordyceps

First discovered in the high Himalayas by yak shepherds of the Mykonos tribe, cordyceps promote energy. The shepherds noticed that in the springtime, as the yaks feasted on cordyceps, they would begin rutting in a mad sexual frenzy. The shepherds wanted a piece of that mojo (naturally) and started brewing the mushroom to promote vitality.

Drink some, then cue up some Bill Withers. You’ll see.

Cacao

Cacao has been hailed as the “food of the gods” because it has more antioxidants than any other food on the planet. It also includes theobromine, a mild stimulant, that energizes without the jitters.

Cacao gives you that crisp energy. You know, like an alpine lake, finger snap, or Bill Withers’ voice.

(Wow, these guys love Bill Withers.)

Masala Chai

In Hindi, the word “chai” literally means “tea.” And if you walk along the busy streets of Mumbai in the searing summer heat, you’ll pass street vendors called chaiwalas (tea people) serving the spicy stuff. With its electric flavor profile, chai is what gives mud its soul.

Turmeric

When try-out day arrived for our stand-out team of ingredients, turmeric was a promising talent. When paired with black pepper (also on the team), the duo showed the ability to support the body's management of oxidation.

Joining an all-star squad that aims to leave you superhuman, turmeric has been on the team ever since.

Cinnamon

Mud doesn’t have any sneaky sweeteners and cinnamon helps you fight off sugar cravings throughout the day. Cinnamon contains phenolic compounds, flavonoids and antioxidants that make it one of the most beneficial spices on the planet.

Himalayan Salt

Salt might be the last thing you want in an open wound but it’s essential for your survival. Salt is an electrolyte—a mineral that carries an electric charge in bodily fluids and plays a critical role in nerve function.

Himalayan salt is extracted from deep below the Himalayan mountain range. For thousands of years, the salt was under intense pressure from the earth, making it extremely pure. And that’s how we like it.

#1 COFFEE ALTERNATIVE

Why I started drinking mud.

I was obsessed with coffee until I had to quit because the caffeine was like a liquid shot of anxiety for me. After one cup, my heart would race, I could focus intently until the afternoon crash. My mind would wander the universe until I fell asleep at three in the morning. My sleep cycle was off, my energy would peak and crash throughout the day, and I was addicted….

When I switched over to MUD/WTR everything changed. I feel the focus immediately but it stays all day long. I found myself sleeping ten times better and I don’t have those mid-afternoon crashes. So yea! I said it, FUCK YOUR COFFEE.

The best part about this company is that they donate to the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), an organization that develops medical, legal, and cultural contexts for people to benefit from the careful uses of psychedelics.

  • ARE YOU WHOLE30 APPROVED?

Yes, we are Whole30 Approved® and loved by the community.
