I’m a Certified Holden Qigong Instructor, energy medicine practitioner, and former wildland firefighter. My path has been forged in both fire and stillness — from battling wildfires to guiding others through the flames of inner transformation.
I blend Taoist Qigong, Mental & Emotional Release®, and NLP to help people shift from trauma to empowerment, from chaos to calm. My approach is grounded, sacred, and somatic — designed to reset your nervous system and awaken the wisdom within your body.
I created this space for those who feel the call to lead their lives from the inside out — to transform stress into vitality, and survival into sovereignty.
